"TRANSPARENTA-Online" is our digital web portal, with login by means of secure two-factor authentication.
This enables you directly and independently to access your personal pension scheme member account, to carry out simulations and queries, and to exchange messages and documents with TRANSPARENTA in encrypted form.
The following functions are available

- Effects of a change in salary or level of employment
- Impact of a purchase under the Regulations incl. calculation of likely tax burden, tax distribution
- Impact of an early withdrawal for home ownership incl. calculation of lump-sum benefit tax
- Impact of a change in the projected interest rate
- Calculation of vested benefit
- Simulate your retirement
- Simulate your partial retirement
- Downloading of the pension statement (as of date or later in the current year)
- Viewing the evolution of the balance at the age of retirement and of the contribution account
- Secured transfer of text messages and documents to the office
Initial registration
1. Have your pension statement ready
2. Please go to our website https://app.transparenta.ch
3. Click on «Registration»
4. Follow the instructions in the registration process
You find the 13-digits social security number (SV-No.) and the activation code on your insurance certificate. As user name for further logins you can use the SV-number as well as the entered e-mail address.
When logging in the two-factor-authentication is made by entering your personal password and a security code generated by an authenticator app (e.g. Google or Microsoft) or as a text message via SMS.

What do I need to access the web portal ?
Encrypted access to the desktop version is possible with all internet-enabled devices. For an optimal user experience, we recommend using a PC/laptop with a screen size of at least 12 inches. The usual web browsers such as Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari or Google Chrome work in the latest version.
In addition, TRANSPARENTA provides a mobile app for optimized use of the web portal via mobile devices.

How secure is the login procedure ?
Two-factor authentication during login is performed by entering the personal password and a security code that is valid for a limited period of time and is generated either with an authenticator app (e.g., Google or Microsoft) or via SMS. As long as the personal password is kept secure, this login process is very safe.
The data is stored on TRANSPARENTA's highly protected server in Switzerland.

What should I do if I have forgotten my password ?
Click on "I forgot my password" on the home page of the web portal and follow the instructions on the screen.

What happens to my access when I leave ?
When you leave TRANSPARENTA, your access remains activated. This means you can retrieve your final balance at any time and continue to access the documents provided.
