TRANSPARENTA pension fund — pension plans with perspective

Our story begins at the beginning of the 2000s. On the stock exchanges, the so-called burst Dot-com bubble, which led to significant investment losses worldwide. This forced major life insurers in the BVG sector in particular to drastically reduce benefits and increase premiums. Consequence: The media debate on pension claws was born - and with it the widespread consensus that many pension funds were not transparent enough back then and had unfairly distributed profits previously achieved.

In order to create fairness and, as a pioneer, to redefine the understanding of transparency in the pension fund world, TRANSPARENA was founded in July 2003 as an independent collective foundation. Our motto: safe - efficient - transparent! We started operations on January 1, 2004.

Since then, we have been offering affiliated companies and insured persons fair conditions, innovative options and insights into all processes — similar to a corporate pension fund.

Our promise: With proactive and understandable communication, we create clear perspectives. For us, transparency means making complex processes transparent.

We provide you with an overview at fair conditions

Guided by the principles of security, efficiency and transparency, TRANSPARENTA offers affiliated companies and insured persons flexible and innovative pension solutions tailored to their needs — similar to a company-owned pension fund.

Holistic care management for win-win situations

With our in-house care management system, we help people unable to work reintegrate into working life. This demonstrably reduces absences and the probability of permanent disability.

Everyone benefits from this — the insured person, the employer and social security funds.

“We stand for a clear organizational structure with responsible people who are committed to safe and efficient employee benefits.”
