“Transparenta-online” is our digital web portal. The login is carried out using secure two-factor authentication.
It allows you to directly and independently access your personal insurance account, carry out simulations and queries, and exchange encrypted messages and documents with TRANSPARENTA.

- Follow the instructions in the registration process
The 13-digit social security number (SV no.) and the activation code can be found on your pension card. Either the SV number or the e-mail address can be used as a user name.
After activation for the first time, you will need your user name, your personal password and a security code valid for a limited period of time, which is generated either with an authenticator app (e.g. Google or Microsoft) or via SMS.

Here you will find answers to the most important questions about accessing and using the TRANSPARENTA web portal.
Encrypted access to the desktop version is possible with all Internet-enabled devices. For an optimal user experience, we recommend using a PC/laptop with screen sizes starting at 12 inches for the desktop version. The usual web browsers such as Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari or Google Chrome work in the latest version.
TRANSPARENTA also provides a mobile app for optimised use of the web portal via mobile devices.
Two-factor authentication when logging in is carried out by entering a personal password and a security code valid for a limited period of time, which is generated either with an authenticator app (e.g. Google or Microsoft) or via SMS. As long as the personal password is kept safe, this login process is very secure.
The data is stored on TRANSPARENTA's heavily protected server in Switzerland.
On the web portal home page, click”I have forgotten my password” and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you leave TRANSPARENTA, your access remains activated. This allows you to retrieve your exit statement at any time and continue to access the documents provided.

Web portal for companies and brokers
“Transparenta-online” is our digital web portal. The login is carried out using secure two-factor authentication.
This allows you to enter the most common business cases directly and independently, carry out various queries and immediately receive all relevant information, such as the new payroll deduction including a before-and-after comparison. Your data is retrieved and transmitted in real time. This allows you to work on the same data as the TRANSPARENTA administration.

The user who completes the initial activation process is considered an administrator. The administrator can independently enter additional employees as additional users. You can find more information about this directly on TRANSPARENTA-online in the “Questions” menu item.
- Please order the login details for your company from our administration. You will then receive a registered letter with the access and security components required for registration.
- As soon as you have received the login details, you can go to https://app.transparenta.ch Start the activation process under “Activate access”.
- Follow the on-screen instructions. It is mandatory to enter a mobile number and email address.

The user name and password are created during the activation process. You can request the security code either by SMS or email when you log in.
